38 reports. Built for freight. Embedded in your portal.
Power BI embedded reporting — filtered by tenant, filtered by client, updated in real time for operational data and nightly for historical. No separate BI tool. No CSV exports to build dashboards from.
Reports for your team and reports for your clients.
Every PulseCargo report tier includes two parallel sets: company-facing reports for your operations team, and client-facing reports for your customers — both filtered by tenant and client, enforced at the report layer.
Your operations team
Carrier performance, job profitability, exception queues, AR aging, volume forecasts, and CO2 emissions — across all clients, filtered to your tenant.
The view your operations director opens every morning. Not a generic dashboard they can’t configure.
Your customers
Your clients see their shipments, invoices, carrier scorecards, delivery performance, and ESG footprint — filtered to their data only. No access to any other client’s information.
Row-level security enforces the separation at the report layer. Not at the query layer.
Starter. Professional. Enterprise.
Each tier is additive — Professional includes all Starter reports plus its own. Enterprise includes all Professional reports plus its own. The reports you need at each stage of your growth are already built.

Real-time where it matters. Historical where it’s needed.
DirectQuery for operational data
Reports covering the last 7 days query live data via DirectQuery. Status as of right now, not as of last night. When an exception is resolved at 2pm, the exception queue reflects it at 2pm.
Import for historical data
Historical reports use Import partitions refreshed nightly at 02:00 UTC. Fast rendering for trend analysis, month-over-month comparisons, and year-over-year views. No query timeout on large date ranges.
One semantic model per tenant
One set of DAX measures. Consistent metric definitions across all 38 reports. Job profitability means the same thing on the Executive Dashboard as it does on the Profitability Deep-Dive. No divergent calculations.
Your clients don’t need a Power BI license.
Reports are embedded in the PulseCargo portal using Power BI Embedded capacity. Neither the freight forwarder nor their clients need a Microsoft 365 or Power BI Pro license. The report subscription is bundled with the PulseCargo tier.
Your client logs in. Their reports are there. No account setup, no license assignment, no help desk ticket.
Analytics specifics.
How many reports are included on each tier?
Starter: 4 company + 4 client (8 total). Professional: 10 company + 10 client (20 total, cumulative). Enterprise: 20 company + 18 client (38 total, cumulative). Each tier includes all reports from tiers below it.
Do my clients need a Power BI license?
No. Reports are embedded via Power BI Embedded capacity. Neither the forwarder nor their clients need a Microsoft 365 or Power BI Pro license. The reporting subscription is bundled with the PulseCargo tier.
How current is the operational data in the reports?
Reports covering the last 7 days use DirectQuery — they reflect live data. Exceptions resolved this afternoon appear in the dashboard this afternoon. Historical reports (beyond 7 days) use Import partitions refreshed nightly at 02:00 UTC.
Can my client see another client’s reporting data?
No. Row-level security is enforced at the semantic model layer. Each client’s reports are filtered to their data only. This is a structural guarantee, not a query filter that can be bypassed.
What’s in the Enterprise Executive Dashboard?
Sparklines for key KPIs with year-over-year comparison, profitability deep-dive by lane, mode, client, and carrier, CO2 emissions trends, network flow geo visualization, predictive delay risk, SLA compliance tracking, and Synthetic Intelligence usage analytics.
